Homemade Enchilada Sauce
For some reason, last night I got the urge to make something that I would have to wait for it to cook. I got out trusty ol' test kitchen and I had most of the ingredients for Chicken Enchiladas. Except the sauce. Luckily, ATK had included the recipe for a homemade version. Fast, easy, delicious.
Sidenote: I think taste for taste is being neglected! I want to know what is being eaten out there. AND if you go to any great restaurants too!
